LHC is a leading provider of free-to-use framework agreements made by local authorities, social landlords and other public sector bodies to procure works, products and services for the construction, refurbishment and maintenance of social housing and public buildings


The Renewable Energy Consumer Code was set up by the Renewable Energy Association. It is their aim to guarantee a high quality experience for consumers wishing to buy or lease small-scale energy generation systems for their homes. By having the The Renewable Energy Consumer Code logo, it is a sign that SBS Group has agreed to abide by the high standards set out in our Consumer Code.

Trust Mark

TrustMark is the only Government endorsed scheme for trades in and around the home environment. Their award is given to registered firms after thorough vetting and on-site inspections to ensure the the company is raising industry standards. By holding this accreditation, we are seen as an industry leader.

Competent Roofer

CompetentRoofer is the Government-licenced Competent Person Scheme. Having this accreditation allows professional roofing contractors to self-certify that their roof refurbishment work complies with Building Regulations within England and Wales. The scheme encompasses all roofing types for domestic, industrial and commercial properties.


Chas has two main aims – to improve health and safety standards across Great Britain and to reduce duplicated safety applications for both suppliers and buyers. By holding a CHAS accreditation, it shows we comply with stringent industry health and safety standards and take health and safety seriously.


Constructionline is the UK’s leading procurement and supply chain management service. It collects, assesses and monitors standard company information through a question set that is aligned to PAS 91, and the standardised pre-qualification questionnaire developed by BSI to reduce duplication within the construction industry.

Their aim is to provide efficiency savings to public and private sector buyers by streamlining procurement procedures and improving the supply chain management processes by reducing risk, creating cost efficiencies and helping buyers engage with new suppliers, including SMEs and local companies.


The National Federation of Roofing Contractors Limited (NFRC) is one of the UK’s largest roofing trade association. It represents over 70% of the roofing industry and has established itself as the voice of the roofing industry, pushing the boundaries and constantly adapting to change, ensuring quality to its members.


NAPIT is the leading Government approved and United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) accredited membership scheme for operators in the building services and fabric sector.

Efficiency North

Efficiency North is a consortium of social housing providers in the Yorkshire and Humber region committed to working collaboratively to generate long term sustainable efficiency savings in the construction and maintenance supply chain. By doing this, they also hope to have other wider economic and social benefits.
